By using TEZ7 Premium’s website, app, or purchasing a Premium Pass, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Premium Pass, as this involves a real financial transaction. Users under 18 may use the free, ad-supported version only, where locally permitted.
What You’re Purchasing
A Premium Pass grants ad-free access to TEZ7 Ludo gameplay for the duration of your plan (monthly or one-time, as selected at purchase). It does not alter game rules, mechanics, or outcomes – it only removes advertising.
Payment
All payments are processed through Razorpay or UPI. By purchasing, you agree to Razorpay’s own terms of service as the payment processor, in addition to ours.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend Premium access in cases of payment fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the service, without refund, where reasonably justified.
Limitation of Liability
TEZ7 Premium is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or payment gateway downtime beyond our control.
